Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or plan trips. By using SapphireGenie you confirm you meet this requirement.

• SapphireGenie plans and curates itineraries. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel or transport provider.
• We do not sell tickets, book rooms or take payment for third-party travel. Any booking you make through a link on our site is a contract between you and that provider.
• Bookings are governed by the provider's own terms, cancellation and refund rules. We are not responsible for their services.

Itineraries, routes, travel times, opening hours and prices are generated with artificial intelligence and third-party map data. They are indicative only and may be inaccurate or out of date. Prices change with season and demand.

Before booking or travelling, you are responsible for checking: opening days and hours, visa and passport rules, government travel advice and health requirements, and actual transport timetables.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from errors in itineraries, missed flights or connections, lost reservations, injury, illness or property damage while travelling, or disruption from weather, strikes, cancellations or other events beyond our control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, or £50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

• Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful, adult, violent, hateful or non-travel requests.
• Do not scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer or resell the Services or their content.

The SapphireGenie name, design, software and editorial content belong to us. You may view, save and share your own itineraries for personal use.

We may update these Terms or the Services. We will show the new date above, and continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
